Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 6 - Max Occupancy: 6 - Guests are required to provide their own wood for the fire pit. - Queen air mattress available. Guest must bring their own linens. - Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens - Internet Speed: Download - tbd Upload - tbd - Our Clean Guarantee reflects the highest standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a cleanliness that surpasses any other vacation home; we guarantee it! Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125, and there can be a maximum of 2 dogs per booking party. Payment - Cancellation - Insurance - Military Discount: Please inquire with Property Manager about our payment and cancellation policies, military discount, and information about vacation rental insurance. Note: If applicable, reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ days. Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name.
