PLEASE NOTE: Perdido Towers is undergoing an exterior improvement project from March 17 to mid-August 2025 (weather permitting). Here’s what to expect: • Pool closed until further notice • Obstructed views due to tarps/scaffolding • Sealing and caulking around windows • Stucco and exterior coating work • Noise from grinding/chipping • Intermittent balcony closures (furniture will be moved inside) • Safety barriers and signage throughout the property A detailed schedule for noise, obstructed views, or balcony closures is not available. Due to active construction zone, we are not liable for any changes.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- PLEASE NOTE: Perdido Towers does not allow the use of tents or canopies on the beach.
- Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. This must be handled ten days prior to arrival or the watercraft will not be allowed anywhere on Perdido Towers property.
- *Boat Slips are available on a first come, first serve basis.
- *Guests must provide Perdido Towers front desk with proof of Registration and Insurance.
