Inside your home away from home, you’ll immediately feel cozy amidst the living room’s ample seating, gas fireplace, and smart TV. The adjacent chef’s kitchen positively gleams with its full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and other nifty perks like a Keurig and cookware. When it’s time to eat, dine around the breakfast bar or at the circular dining table. Nautical charm and natural lighting flow effortlessly through each of the bedrooms. These spaces are incredibly inviting with their soft linens and personal TVs. Just as impressive, the bathrooms boast walk-in showers, and one has a stackable washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
