Venture out a little farther to discover a number of other attractions including Vance Street Park, Maggie Valley Carpet Golf, the Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum, and the seasonal Cataloochee Ski Area, all less than 15 miles from your door. You’ll also find shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities in both Maggie Valley (8 miles east) and Asheville (27 miles west). Inside, the well-equipped, renovated kitchen offers everything you need to prepare anything from quick snacks to hearty, full-course meals to satisfy those who built up their appetites from hiking, swimming, and exploring the surrounding area. After meals, settle into the living area to stream your favorite TV channels using your own accounts, or make your way out to the large, covered balcony - the perfect spot for reminiscing with loved ones while you sit on the porch swing or relax in one of the provided rockers. Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
