Spend your days skiing Park City Mountain, shopping and dining downtown, and soaking in your very own hot tub as the snow piles up around you. This home sits about two blocks south of Main Street, a location that gives you fantastic access to restaurants, shops, art galleries, and Sundance Film Festival events in the historic district. For outdoor recreation, Town Lift is three-quarters of a mile north and the base of Deer Valley Resort is less than two miles east. A lofty foyer and generous windows fill the house with light, creating a wonderful space to come home to after a thrilling day on the mountain. Kick off your boots, hang up your coats, and take a seat on the sofa to stream movies in the warmth of the gas fireplace. The rear patio has its uses all year round, whether you’re barbecuing on the gas grill in summer or enjoying a soothing winter soak in the hot tub. When you’re not dining out in the evenings, use stainless steel kitchen appliances to prepare meals with ease, gather for after-dinner board games at the dining room table, and retire to three bedrooms upstairs. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are on hand for your convenience as well. Things to Know This unit does not have air conditioning.
