Fully furnished & just steps away from Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village with restaurants, bars, shops, and more! ➜ Very safe neighborhood ➜ Private balcony w/ stunning ocean and city view ➜ Children’s playground area. ➜ Travel crib available upon request. ➜ Approx. 778 sq ft / 72m² of space (with south-facing balcony 1,010 sq ft / 94m² of space). ➜ Highspeed internet access. ➜ The living room is equipped with a smart TV from which you can enjoy access to your Netflix or YouTube. ➜ Master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and queen-sized sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 (two) guests. ➜ Clean and sanitized full bathroom with essentials. ➜ Stacked washer and dryer machines. ➜ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels. ➜ Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a Large Fridge & Dish washer. ➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest’s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. ➤ We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel. ➤The guest will have access to the entire unit and the building amenities such as Pool, Hot tub, GYM, kids’ playground, and lounge. Please, make yourself at home! ➤Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around. I will be your personal concierge for your stay. When needed we can come in person. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock. Brickell is a bustling Manatthan-esque neighborhood (it is, in fact, often called the Manhattan of the South), but more modern, with tropical climate, and right by the water. Everything you need to live, work, shop and relax can be found within walking distance in this highly concentrated urban core. It is centrally situated between Key Biscayne (5 minutes) and South Beach (10 minutes), producing an exotic contrast between its ritzy high-rises and its neighboring beaches & islands. ➤ Walking: Brickell Bay Drive offers pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, perfect for exploring the immediate neighborhood on foot. Nearby attractions such as restaurants, cafes, and shops are within walking distance, making it convenient to enjoy the local culture on foot. ➤ Public Transit (Metrorail and Metromover): The Brickell Metrorail Station is located within walking distance, providing access to Miami-Dade County’s Metrorail system. The Metromover, a free automated people mover system, offers convenient transportation around the Brickell and Downtown Miami area, with stations nearby. ➤ Rideshare Services (Uber, Lyft): Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, offering convenient and on-demand transportation to various destinations in Miami and beyond. Simply request a ride using the respective mobile apps, and a driver will pick you up at your location. ➤ Biking: Miami’s Citi Bike program provides bike-sharing stations throughout the city, including several stations near Brickell Bay Drive. Rent a bike and explore the scenic routes along the waterfront or venture into the city’s vibrant neighborhoods at your own pace. ➤ Driving: If you prefer to drive, there are car rental services available in the vicinity, allowing you to explore Miami and its surrounding areas at your convenience. Additionally, Brickell Bay Drive provides easy access to major highways, including I-95 and US-1, facilitating travel to other parts of Miami and beyond. ➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name of the lead traveler, photo ID of the primary guest and that the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules. ➤ Luggage drop off: Luggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8 am to 4 pm for 5$ per luggage. ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don’t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you’re preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can’t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ Packages and mail : The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages. ➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
