This spacious historical Grade II listed building is situated in the prime position of Kellaway Court, overlooking Hope Square in Brewers Quay. Sleeping up to seven guests across four bedrooms, Santiago is excellently located with a choice of nearby pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes, or you can choose fresh lobster and crab from the Quayside and dine in. Santiago is a contemporary family-friendly home away from home with a well-equipped kitchen, high quality bed linen and newly refurbished bathrooms which are finished to a boutique hotel standard. The Master Bedroom’s super-king size bed is luxuriously big, and with a single bed, travel cot and high chair available, the property is particularly family friendly. When staying at Santiago, you’ll also find a king-size bedroom, a twin room, and single room. In the family bathroom, there is a bathtub, overhead shower, basin and WC for your convenience. A separate WC is also available on the ground floor, along with an ensuite shower room in the master bedroom. The decked terrace overlooks Hope Square and Brewers Quay, which in turn are regularly populated by friendly people relaxing over a coffee, or glass of wine, providing a relaxed and happy ambiance. This is an ideal spot to watch the world go by. Property Manager are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Santiago are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check in. Private on-site parking is available of up to two vehicles. Weymouth Train Station has regular routes to Bournemouth, Dorchester, London, Poole, Southampton, Wareham, Winchester and Woking. There are a number of bus stops throughout Weymouth with direct routes to Bridport, Dorchester, Poole and The Isle of Portland. The nearest airport is Bournemouth Airport, 39 miles away from Weymouth.
