<p>As the name suggests, Villa Seashell is just a stone’s throw from the long sandy beach of Lachania in Southern Rhodes, a peaceful, rural village with blissful views to the Aegean Sea.</p>
<p>The brand-new and modern villa’s stylish interiors are something to be admired – a chic, neutral palette of whitewashed walls and soothing grey furniture, dotted with delightful rattan features throughout. There are four bedrooms with huge glass windows and doors allowing in plenty of light, three beautifully appointed modern bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room, providing a serene laid-back ambience. Some of the best panoramic sea views can be enjoyed from the upstairs balcony with a small alfresco dining area, perfect for cocktails as the sun sets in the distance.</p>

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
