The lower level houses a second living area with a TV and a vinyl record player with many records to choose from. Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite on the main floor and three bedrooms on the lower level. The primary suite has a private balcony with mountain views and an en suite bathroom. The lower level also offers a primary suite with an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include a desk on the second floor, partial AC, and a washer/dryer. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 4 parking spots available in driveway. Garage is not available to guests. 2 dog(s), weighing 15lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
