Make sure to stop by Moffat Road Railroad Museum, Pole Creek Golf Club, Fraser Valley Sports Complex, Grand Adventure Balloon Tours Year-Round, Fraser Tubing Hill, Winter Park Resort, Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests, Loveland Ski Area, and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area.
As you enter this charming home away from home, you will be greeted by a spacious open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and wall-to-wall windows allowing plenty of natural light inside. The beautifully decorated living room invites you to rest comfortably with your loved ones and relax. Turn on the gas fireplace and get ready for a cozy evening watching your favorite shows on the TV, playing board games, planning your adventures, or reading an entertaining novel from the tree-shaped bookshelf. The spacious chef’s kitchen has been appointed with modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The main floor also grants you access to an extensive balcony with seating and impressive views of the mountains and Grand Elk Golf Club. The lower level houses a second living area with a TV and a vinyl record player with many records to choose from. Enjoy access to a private patio with a hammock where you can take a midday nap, read a favorite book, or listen to music with gorgeous vistas in front of you.
Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite on the main floor and three bedrooms on the lower level. The primary suite has a private balcony with mountain views and an en suite bathroom. The lower level also offers a primary suite with an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include a desk on the second floor, partial AC, and a washer/dryer.
