Kraimorie has been updated to the highest standard. Relax by the solar heated pool or enjoy the spectacular water views on the covered balcony, sunsets, sunrises, ships and dolphins as they pass by. Entertaining is a breeze with the outdoor wicker chaise lounge suite and BBQ aptly provided for enjoying long summer days outdoors.
The deluxe in-ground solar heated pool (3m x 12.25m) is privately positioned behind the house and is beautifully protected from the elements. The stylish design evokes relaxation and peace. Recliners are provided poolside as is a covered entertainment area in front of the cabana.*

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please note:
- (i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Property Manager) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this. A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments.
- After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
- (ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Property Manager requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
- (iii) Pets are allowed but the pet breed and age must be approved with us prior. Max 1 dog.
- (iv) 2 x hotel style trundle beds can be provided with linen upon request. Please request at the time of booking to ensure availability. Please note regarding bedding: The U/S Lounge suite unfolds to a double bed and is suitable for children only.
- (v) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
