A perfect escape for all of your Evergreen State adventures, this gorgeous, four-bedroom home has it all! Displaying an effortless open layout and ample natural lighting, rest assured that there is more than enough room for you and your loved ones. When you aren’t hanging out in front of the living room’s gas fireplace and smart TV, head for the expansive outdoor living space, where you can watch the local wildlife, barbecue on the gas grill, and soak in the welcoming warmth of the hot tub.
Suited for all chefs, the full kitchen displays a suite of stainless steel appliances, a large center island, and a gorgeous in-kitchen dining table. Down the hall, you’ll find the primary en suite bedroom, a half bathroom, and a separate laundry area. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, all lined with high-quality linens and central air-conditioning.
As the sun begins to set over the trees, gather around the firepit’s warmth where you can reminisce with ease.

All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests will not have access to Suncadia Resort amenities, including the Swim & Fitness and Nelson Farm Pool.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
