Easy 200 metre walk to Safety Beach. Minutes by car to Dromana or Martha Village and the glorious golden sands of South Beach. 10 minutes by car to Red Hill Wineries.
Other things to note:
(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Property Manager) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this. A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Property Manager requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iii) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.
(iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
A security deposit of $2000 is required to be held by the Property Manager prior to Arrival.
