The dining area has seating for 6 and island seating for 4. • Screened-in porch with outdoor dining for 4 and open-air deck with gas fire table. • Spacious, fully-fenced yard overlooking impressive, long-range mountain views. • Lower-level game room with an arcade game, shuffleboard table, sectional seating, and 65" Smart TV. • Dedicated workspace in the primary bedroom with a desk, scanner, and printer. Where to Unwind • Main floor bedroom with queen-size bed and 40" SmartTV. A full bathroom, with a walk-in shower, can be accessed from the main floor hallway. • Upper-level primary bedroom with king-size bed, TV for streaming, private vanity area, and balcony. • Upper-level bedroom with king-size bed and cozy reading nook. • Both upstairs bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted soaking tub. Ladybugs and Kudzu Beetles are prevalent in our area in the fall and winter months, and they will find their way into homes to escape the cooler weather. They are not poisonous and cannot be exterminated.
