• Lower-level game room with an arcade game, shuffleboard table, sectional seating, and 65" Smart TV.
• Dedicated workspace in the primary bedroom with a desk, scanner, and printer.

Important to Note: This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. For security purposes, there are several exterior cameras stationed around the property.
Greybeard homes are located near Pisgah National Forest. Ladybugs and Kudzu Beetles are prevalent in our area in the fall and winter months, and they will find their way into homes to escape the cooler weather. They are not poisonous and cannot be exterminated.
