About the Home
• Newly renovated kitchen with eat-in dining for 8 and breakfast bar seating for 3, dishwasher, drip-style coffee maker, and Keurig.
• Family room with comfortable seating and bay window overlooking the mountains. The fireplace is for decoration only.
• Living room with a 54" TV for streaming, a sectional couch, and access to the deck. Additional dining space is available for 6 in the dining nook.
• Spacious deck with hot tub and a variety of cozy seating (couches, rocking chairs, swinging chairs, and picnic table). The fully fenced backyard can be accessed from the porch.
• Outdoor fire pit with seating for 6 and a mountain gem: a flat, private yard!
• Garage-style game room with pool table, ping-pong table conversion top, air hockey, basketball arcade, and 65" TV for streaming. Expert tip: open the garage door to take in the killer view while relaxing and gaming!
• Lower-level theater with wet bar, drink refrigerator, stadium-style recliners, and TV for streaming.
Where to Unwind
• The main floor offers a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a 42" TV for streaming. A full bathroom, with a walk-in shower, can be accessed from the hallway.
• The upper level boasts an impressive primary suite with a king-size bed, a 54" TV for streaming, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony with seating for 2 and a gas fire table.
• The upper level also offers a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with one traditional bunk bed and one twin-over-full bunk bed. The bunk room has a 36" TV for streaming. A full bathroom, with a bathtub and shower combination, can be accessed from the hallway.
• The lower level offers a king-size bedroom with a 43" TV for streaming. A full bathroom, with a bathtub and shower combination, can be accessed from the hallway near the theater room.
This unmatched oasis with its breathtaking year-round mountain views offers a world of entertainment and relaxation and is a quick 15-minute drive from downtown Marshall and Blannahassett Island, which is home to Zadie’s Kitchen, Zuma Coffee, Mad Co Brew House, and beloved events like the Mermaid Parade & Festival in June and Holiday Handmade Market in November. Marshall Skyline Retreat is also less than a 30-minute drive from the exciting attractions and activities in Asheville when you’re ready for a day in the city!
Please note: This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies.
