This splendid home is considered the owners’ special place to recharge and boasts an unbeatable location on just over an acre on the shores of Echo Lake. It has private access to the lake along with a private dock. Enjoy easy access to I-90 and amazing local attractions, including The Club At Snoqualmie Ridge, Snoqualmie Falls, Twin Falls Trailhead, Lake Sammamish State Park, Duthie Hill Mountain Bike Park, Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park, Marymoor Live, and Summit Central - The Summit At Snoqualmie.
The home presents a fenced yard terraced down to the lake, where you will discover a wooden deck with a picnic table (perfect for alfresco dining) and a firepit area where you can gather, roast s’mores, and entertain your group with hilarious and entertaining stories.
Inside, you will be greeted by a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably on the sofa and stream a favorite movie or show on the smart TV after an entertaining day at the lake. There is a fireplace with a wood stove insert to keep you nice and toasty if you are visiting during the winter months. The open kitchen has all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, so don’t hesitate to show off your culinary skills and surprise your group with favorite recipes. Additional perks include a laundry room with a washer/dryer and partial AC units.
