Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.
- Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.
- All pets must be approved prior to booking. Pets must be added to your reservation as part of guest count after we approve them. $125 pet fee. We do not allow animals to go on the furniture or beds. You will be charged an additional fee if we find pet hair on the furniture or beds.
- Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
- No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential area please respect the neighbors!
- NO Smoking of any kind
- NO Parties
- Please discard of all food in the trash can instead of the sink and only flush toilet paper down the toilets
