With the Deer Valley gondola access only a 3 minute drive, Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons Resort are a 10 minute drive from the property, Deer Valley East Village Lakeside 74 offers 5 bedrooms sleeping 12 guests, with 3200 square feet built for family entertainment! Additionally, for the 2025-2026 ski season, the HOA is providing a ski shuttle to and from the Deer Valley East Village base area!
Deer Valley East Village Lakeside 74 offers stunning views of mountains and lake most enjoyed from the steamy private hot tub on the patio, with large picturesque windows, bright natural light and vaulted ceiling living spaces, modern finishes, and iron railings. Luxury Viking appliances, state of the art technologies, and the architectural elements like the stacked stone floor to ceiling fireplace which make for an inviting experience in this new neighborhood.
The main level features a spacious King master bedroom with a large ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks, a European glass shower and a separate tub, along with a substantial executive walk-in closet.
The top level offers an additional 3 King bedrooms! Two of the King bedrooms share a jack and jill bath and the third King suite offers an ensuite bath, work desk, and stunning views of the surrounding area!
The lower level has an additional King suite, and in the living area a Queen sleep sofa as well as two Twin pull outs for those that need additional beds. An adjacent full bath for this level offers dual vanities and a spa like bathroom retreat.
Deer Valley East Village Lakeside 74 is perfectly positioned for year-round adventure; skiing at all three world class resorts, hiking, biking, or boating and fishing at nearby Jordanelle reservoir. Whatever your interests, the Deer Valley East Village area offers ease of access to all Park City and Deer Valley have to offer!
The storage of any vehicle, trailer, boat on trailers, or RV on the street is prohibited. Please store large vehicles off-site. Appropriately sized boats or trailers may not extend past the edge of the driveway at any point and may be parked in the driveway for no more than one week.
As a condition of booking, you will be required to provide a refundable security deposit via a valid credit card (ranging from $250 to $1,500, depending on the property) and sign a rental agreement with the local property manager prior to your arrival.
