Close to family-friendly attractions like Titlow Park and just a short drive from downtown Tacoma, this spacious home is also thoughtfully furnished for full family comfort. The main portion of the home features an accommodating three-bedroom layout, but there’s also a ground-floor ADU complete with a separate entrance, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and even a washer/dryer for complete flexibility. Private home highlights include a hot tub, an enclosed yard, and a furnished deck.
The main living room is designed to showcase the amazing views of the Sound with an updated sectional facing the windows and a telescope provided for nighttime stargazing. There are also a ton of books available for your perusal. The impressive main-floor kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed to prepare home-cooked meals.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a well-appointed kitchenette equipped with a sink, a coffee maker, a beverage fridge, and a mid-size dishwasher, plus a dedicated laundry room and a TV lounge/living area.
