Each room has been lined with soft linens and tasteful decorations, one of the rooms even has a work desk. A great additional perk is the home’s large family room with its foosball table and leather seating. A private washer/dryer and internet access tie together the interior amenities. Within 10 miles of your stay, enjoy visiting the Canandaigua City Pier, Kershaw Park, Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion State Historic Park, and Bristol Mountain Ski Resort. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Property Manager is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Property Manager is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
