An outdoor enthusiast’s paradise awaits at this three-story Park City townhome, unbeatably located a short stroll from the lifts in Canyons Village. Even the grounds are an epicenter of activity, offering seasonal amenities that include two swimming pools, a wading pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a dry sauna, a picnic area, a horseshoe pit, and courts for tennis, pickleball, and volleyball.
This 2,196-square-foot townhouse boasts a prime location, within a half-mile walk of practically everything in Canyons Village. Wander over to the Cabriolet Lift, the Red Pine Gondola, the Canyons Golf Course, and an array of restaurants, shops, and apres-ski spots. Back at the house, you’ll have boot and glove warmers and two closets for storing your skis and boards.
The house is beautifully decorated in modern-mountain style, with elements of stone, warm wood, and southwest-inspired textiles throughout. The main living area is illuminated by a wall of glass, creating a wonderful space to play board games, watch movies (via cable and streaming), and toast your toes by the gas fireplace. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (and a Keurig for your coffee), both a breakfast bar and a dining room table, and a desk workspace where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi.
At night, there are two bedrooms on the lower level, a bunk room on the main floor, and a primary suite with a gas fireplace upstairs - each room paired with an en suite bathroom. Central air and a washer/dryer are provided for your comfort as well.
