Beaufort and Atlantic Beach are also less than three miles away. Two kayaks and eight bikes are available for your family’s enjoyment, as well as a plethora of beach gear - ensuring every adventure is a success! Updated and boasting three levels of living, Bay Watch is a place of pure peace and warm welcomes. The home’s gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a pleasant breakfast area. From here, the open floor layout flows into the large living room and onto the deck. Rest assured that your relaxation is always catered to, both on the oversized sofa in the living room and in each of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom provides its own haven with incredible water views and a spacious en suite bathroom. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer. As the sun begins to set over Calico Creek/Calico Bay, fire up the grill and end your evening under the stars, gathered around the firepit. This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. 4 dog(s), weighing 80lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
