In this gorgeous setting, you’ll have ski-in/ski-out access to the beginner-level Sachem Trail and a wraparound deck with a private hot tub to soak in beneath starry skies. Follow the Sachem Trail just up the street and you’ll reach the base of the Sachem Quad, A Quad, and B Quad Lifts in a matter of minutes. In other words, this condo is a skier’s paradise, but that’s hardly the only activity available. Within the HOA, you’ll have access to an outdoor pool (only during the summer) and tennis courts. In the sparkling warmer times of the year, enjoy the adventure park at Jackson Gore (five miles), take a dip in the swimming hole at Buttermilk Falls (five miles), hike to the fire tower atop Okemo Mountain, or spend a day at Echo Lake Beach (eight miles). Ludlow’s wonderful restaurants and shops are only two miles east as well. After a day of adventure, step inside to be greeted by an entry hall full of cubbies, hooks, and benches for removing and stashing your gear. A beautiful great room awaits, with its lofty ceilings, exposed crossbeams, and breathtaking view of the mountains and valley. Every detail has been attended to, from the stainless steel appliances in the sleek kitchen to the ample seating at the breakfast bar and dining room table. Spend your afternoons streaming movies in the great room or playing board games and foosball in the downstairs den. Come summer, host barbecues on the gas grill and linger on the wraparound deck. Complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer are provided as well. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
