Welcome to Casa Ola! This spacious, updated home is just .5 miles or a 10 minute walk to Vilano Beach, where you can enjoy the sun, sand, and olas! For those who love boating and fishing, the river is just a walk down the street where you can launch a kayak or watch the sunset, and the public boat ramp is just around the corner within the quiet neighborhood. Out back, a large, fenced, partially wooded yard will make you feel miles away while still being in the heart of St. Augustine! There is plenty of outdoor seating, a dining space, a fire pit, and a large pool surrounded by tropical foliage. There is space for your entire group to relax and have fun!
Inside, four large bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space, including two master suites, each equipped with a comfortable king sized bed, one upstairs and one downstairs. In addition to the master bedrooms, there is a downstairs bedroom with two full beds and a dedicated workspace, and an upstairs bedroom with two queen beds and plenty of storage for all of your items. The third full bathroom is located upstairs across from the queen bedroom. Roomy living space is strategically located on the second floor to allow you to enjoy ocean breezes. Step outside to breathe in the salty air and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony, which is located just off the open dining and kitchen space which is recently updated and fully equipped with everything you will need to make your favorite meals! There is a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, coffee bean grinder, and a soda stream all available for you to enjoy! Unwind on the large sectional in the living room while enjoying your favorite shows on the streaming TV. A large laundry room is located on the first floor, as well as access to the backyard oasis.
Just down the road is Vilano Beach Town Center. There you can stroll down palm tree-lined Vilano Road (Vilano’s "Main Street") along sea-colored sidewalk pavers to the Vilano Pier which offers beautiful sunset views across the river to Historic St. Augustine. You can also fish off the Pier. On your way back through the Art Deco/Florida Vernacular-styled Vilano Beach Town Center, stop in for a great meal at one of five local restaurants ranging from pizza to Chinese to Italian to seafood. Or pick up picnic/snack items at Publix Grocery, which includes a deli, liquor store and a pharmacy. Back at the beach enjoy swimming, sunning, surfing, fishing and skimboarding. Be sure to check out the popular riverfront restaurant with dock and water views, Caps on the Water, located just 1.5 miles away!

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
