Welcome to Sunny Mesa, Arizona! This spacious, family-friendly 1-story home (3,927 sq ft) has plenty of room for everyone to spread out while also making memories together. The resort-style backyard is everyone’s dream and has so much to experience. A playground for the kids to entertain themselves and have hours of fun while the adults lounge by the pool to soak up some sun. Get everyone together for an afternoon BBQ with swimming and group time on the menu. Sore from hiking? The hot tub will be sure to help loosen those tight muscles.
When you first arrive at the house, explore the home and all it has to offer while getting settled in for a trip you will remember. Once you’ve had a minute to refresh, get everyone involved in preparing a fresh cooked meal. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is fully equipped, which makes cooking for 12 easy. After a long day of travel, many may be ready to unwind before heading to bed. Movie night may be in order or some quiet time in your private space may be just what you need to end your day comfortably.
In the morning, brew up a pot of coffee and relax on the back patio before the rest of the house starts to wake up.
