You’ll also discover the breathtaking views, wildlife, and naturescapes of Yosemite National Park a half-hour drive from your front door. This mountain haven features a plethora of outdoor areas such as a spacious wraparound deck, balcony, and patio. Gather all your friends and family outside for home-cooked meals on the grill and bask in the sunshine and lake air. Or pack a picnic in the well-equipped kitchen and head down to the community HOA pool and spa, where you can also play a quick match on the tennis courts. For added convenience, the nearby marina also offers kayak and boat rentals. Grab your swimsuit and friends for sunset paddleboading on the lake. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
