It is perfect for a large family, multiple families, entertaining or a family reunion. The home sits on a large lot surrounded by trees and nature. It offers a perfect balance of privacy with multiple living rooms and 2 kitchens. The Master Suite is an oasis within the home with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom. Your family will enjoy sunbathing on the upper level of the dock while absorbing the peaceful vibe of the lake. The lower level includes another large great room, kitchen and more bedrooms. With multiple outdoor seating areas as well as a screened in patio you can easily relax and decompress without being cramped together.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
