You will be surrounded by lush trees and natural beauty. A spacious deck extends your living space outdoors, offering an excellent spot for grilling and alfresco dining. The balcony offers a wonderful space to do yoga during the summer months. As you enter the backyard, immerse yourself in the beauty of the pollinator gardens (for observation only, please do not enter the garden or pick the flowers). Watch butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds as they visit a variety of plants. Venture through the back gate and find 40 acres of Forest Service Land adjacent to the Deschutes River. Bring your paddleboard or kayak to explore the Deschutes Paddle Trail. The screened porch offers extra seating and a storage area.
Inside, the cabin’s classic A-frame architecture creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere with large windows and a soaring ceiling that allow abundant natural light. Stay comfortable year-round with a mini-split heating and cooling system. Wind down in the inviting living area, complete with a wood-burning stove for those chilly evenings. When mealtime comes, surprise your guests with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the full kitchen.
Only six miles from Sunriver, this property provides a sense of seclusion while being conveniently located near local amenities. The home has easy access to shops and eateries, as well as hiking, biking, skiing, and more. Other great attractions include the Deschutes Paddle Trail, Mt. Bachelor, Bend, Fall River (unique spring-fed, fly fishing only river), and Deschutes National Forest, which contains Three Sisters, Diamond Peak, and Waldo Lake wilderness areas.
