Sea Point is a great area, with access to various small beaches and the famous promenade with scenic ocean views - especially beautiful for sunset walks.
The area is also filled with various restaurants, cafes, spas, and shops - including all leading grocery stores. There’s plenty of entertainment too; from bicycle or electric scooter hire to guided kayak tours at sea; also just a stone’s throw away from the famous V&A Waterfront.
Most things are within walking distance in the main Sea Point area or a short Uber ride away. For those that prefer driving their own vehicles, there is also paid street parking available on Main Rd, or free street parking available on Beach Road and most of the roads perpendicular to the main roads. Most shopping centres in the area also have paid underground parking.
