Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- HOUSE RULES:
- No Smoking permitted inside.
- Parties and/or Events are not permitted.
- Smoking of Marijuana not permitted
- Check out is at 10:00 am.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
- Kindly report any damages immediately.
- Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
- Please make use of face clothes provided, to avoid excess make-up on towels & linen.
- Please do not machine wash the towels and linen provided.
- Please consider neighbours. Keep music & noise down in the apartment and building area.
- Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay in the apartment.
- Please take extra care of the keys & security tags. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
- Please avoid eating and drinking in the bedrooms, to avoid any messy accidents.
- When leaving the apartment, please ensure all appliances & lights are switched off.
- We'd greatly appreciate it if you are able to wash your dishes before checking out.
- We ask that no guests sleep on the couch
