Here, the chef of your family can show off their culinary expertise amongst the updated appliances and ample meal prep space. When it’s time to eat, the adjacent dining area accommodates seating for eight. After eating, gather in the spacious living room, equipped with plentiful seating, a ceiling fan, and a large TV. Featuring its own private air-conditioner, this room is always kept extra cool and comfortable. The home’s comfort extends into each of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom is a haven in itself with its large TV and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The additional bedrooms are just as comfortable with their plush linens, TVs, and ceiling fans. Each room has its own temperature control, ensuring everyone’s comfort. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the home’s interior perks. As the sun begins to set, head for the radiating warmth of the hot tub, or gather around the firepit for s’mores and campfire stories. Away from Island Hideaway, you can explore the area’s numerous parks, golf courses, parks, and restaurants. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM Hot tub is available mid-March through November 30th. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 2 dog(s), weighing 100lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
