Our loft is in the heart of Old Fourth Ward’s Edgewood Avenue neighborhood, with great bars and restaurants outside the front door, with a number of events and parties most weekends. We do welcome pets (with a $85 fee for first and $25 for second which we collect after you book), however Pet Parents there is very little green area to walk your fur babies. Whether you choose to explore the nearby eateries or immerse yourself in the Vibrant Urban Nighttime Scene right outside your front door, this loft promises an UnForgettable Experience. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
