This is a place to spend your days swimming, riding bikes, and relaxing on the wraparound deck - barbecuing on the gas grill at sunset and soaking in the hot tub beneath star-filled skies. This two-story home is located on the north side of Sunriver, about two miles north of the Village. You’ll be just over a mile from SHARC, with 10 passes provided for the facility’s indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, lazy river, water slides, kiddie pools, disc golf, and basketball court. The Deschutes River, Fort Rock Park, the Woodlands Golf Course, tennis courts, trail rides, and an incredible network of bike paths are close by as well. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
