Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and staying compliant with short-term rental regulations. As part of our protection plan, included in your booking price, you will be required to complete an independent third-party verification through Truvi. Before your booking begins, you will be contacted via email and/or text to confirm your details and complete the verification process.
  • To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the house rules and FCM Homes terms & conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete both steps at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you!
  • House Rules:
  • - Please be very cautious with the window blinds. Some go the opposite way of the others due to door handle placements.
  • - Max occupancy is 6 guests.
  • - No pets allowed.
  • - Smoking is not allowed.
  • - Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.
  • - Fireworks are not allowed.
  • - Parties or events are not allowed.
  • - Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
  • - We kindly request that you remain mindful of noise levels during your stay, as Unit A is privately owned and unavailable for rent.
  • - Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the reservation.
  • - In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
  • HVAC Rules:
  • Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
