Extraordinary comfort and craftsmanship await at this spacious, lodge-like townhome in Park City, gorgeously situated with commanding views of the surrounding mountains, golf course, and foliage. This is a place for both world-class adventure and relaxing in luxury, where you’ll have generous outdoor space and multiple fireplaces to curl up next to in the evenings.
This three-story townhouse sits directly alongside the golf course at Park Meadows Country Club, less than four miles north of Park City’s historic Main Street. For renowned winter sports, head to the main base area of Park City Mountain (three miles), Canyons Village (four miles), or Deer Valley Resort (five miles). Spend summer days golfing, hiking the Cove and Sunny Slopes Trails a few blocks away, or riding bikes on the Union-Pacific Rail Trail.
Survey the spectacular scene outside on the deck that spans the width of the house. Between this and the shaded patio below, you’ll have ample space for morning coffee, afternoon barbecues, and dinners enjoyed alfresco with the alpenglow illuminating the landscape.
At the heart of the home is the great room, a window-lined space with towering ceilings and rich elements of wood and stone. Enjoy professional-grade appliances (including a Wolf dual oven and gas range) in the kitchen, a stately dining area, and a living room where you can host movie nights in the warmth of a gas fireplace. A more casual den awaits downstairs with its own TV and fireplace.
The bedrooms are plush and comfortable, each with its own en suite bathroom, TV, and direct access to the outdoors. There’s a primary suite on each of the three levels, with the top-floor suite offering its own fireplace, balcony, and walk-in closet. An additional guest room is on the ground floor. A loft workspace, complimentary WiFi, and central air are provided as well.
