Restaurants, grocery, convenience stores, and shopping all in close proximity.
This is Unit B of the home. You will have access to the backyard and deck. Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.

- Pets are allowed with a fee - not to exceed 2 pets. Please clean up after your pet. $100 per pet per stay.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. Please be courteous of our neighbors.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- The driveway is shared with unit A please be courteous and share the space.
- Trash receptacles are underneath the garage port. Please do not place recyclables in trash bags.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home’s thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
