When you aren’t indulging in the area’s local cuisine, utilize the high-end appliances and gleaming countertops in the well-appointed kitchen and in the outdoor kitchen space. After eating, sit in front of the large TV to watch your favorite show, or walk outside and sink into the cool water of the private, plunge pool. One bedroom and one bathroom are available on the main level of the home. Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom attached, as well as a private balcony with views of the trees. For your complete comfort, the home has partial air-conditioning and a space heater. Gym access is also available for use at your leisure. Minutes from your stay, visit the Gran Cenote, Cenote Calavera, Downtown Tulum, and Playa Las Palmas. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Our unit has filtered (reverse osmosis) and softened water for the entire unit. Therefore the tap water is drinkable. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
