The Pirate’s Bluff Home is nestled on one of the most coveted pockets of Netarts. Here you will find unobstructed bay and ocean views. Netarts County Community Park is barely a block away and the Netarts Boat Ramp Launch along with multiple restaurants are a short and picturesque walk.
Inside you will have an open kitchen, living room, and dining area that is completely bathed in natural light from the oversized windows along with epic views of the bay and ocean beyond. The entire kitchen has been recently remodeled and updated making it a chef’s dream. Additionally there is a full bedroom and bathroom on this floor. Please note that this bathroom is the singular bathroom with a shower.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
