The Apperson House is a two-story dream come true property in Madison, Alabama and is filled with antiques that can be purchased.
The down stairs has 2 primary suites with 2 private baths and a 1/2 bath. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: one bedroom is a primary suite with a private bath. The remaining 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bath.
The half-bath is downstairs. Maximum capacity is 10.
There are amenities such as a pool table--ping-pong-table--Cornhole/bean bag toss--baby gates--high chair--pack-n-play--and a private swimming pool and pool towels. The pool is saltwater instead of chlorine. There is an outside gas grill(renter responsible for refills). In the kitchen, there is a Keurig Coffee Maker.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
