The area has an international character thanks to numerous administrative-business centers, which are accompanied by the metropolitan atmosphere of many atmospheric cafes and restaurants. The iconic shopping and entertainment center, Złote Tarasy, is about a 12-minute walk away. At the same time, the area offers a respite from the urban hustle and bustle due to the proximity of green recreational areas - Marshal Edward Rydz-Śmigły Park is located 1.3 km away from the apartment. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Please note that the availability of the following services depends on the season:
- Heating: included in the price. Applicable seasons: from 01-01 to 03-31, from 10-01 to 12-31.

- Pet: 100 PLN per booking. Max. quantity: 5.
