Come enjoy our newly Remodeled home with beautiful luxury decor! Enjoy all the perks while being nestled in the Smoky Mountains. Grill out on the large deck with grill, overlooking the fenced in backyard, while your family & friends relax by the firepit in Adirondack chairs. Take a soak in the hot tub sipping a glass of wine or enjoy the Game room with a friendly competition of pool. Everything thing you want is at your fingertips!
*Large front entrance deck, which has only one step and also a wheelchair ramp.
*Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in.
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- No pets and no smoking inside the property is allowed. No events or parties. No loud noises after 10:00 PM or before 9:00 AM. No flushing of feminine or wet wipes down the toilet. If any of these conditions are broken, there can be a $250 fine charged to the guest after check out.
