Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
- GARAGE DOORS: Please keep garage doors always closed.
- Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
- Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
- Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever
- Trash days are on Wednesday and Saturday. It is greatly appreciated if you can place trash on curb! Please note that there is no Trash bins in the property, Trash must be in white or black trash bags (located under the sink) and placed outside the morning of trash days!
- Utility Cap: Please be mindful of the electricity. We cover up to $300 per month and the excess will be billed back to you.
- PETS: Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
- We only accept pets on stay longer than 30 nights
- We allow well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay) Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog
