See additional notes on this, below at the end of the description.  As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by the elegant front doors, inviting you into a bright vestibule that sets the tone for the luxury that awaits. Step into the expansive ceilings of the kitchen and living room, where you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a Keurig K-Duo Single Serve K-Cup Pod & Carafe Coffee Maker for your slow and relaxing morning coffee. Dine at the island or the beautifully appointed dining table nestled between the kitchen and living areas. The living area is the perfect place to unwind, boasting a cozy gas fireplace, a smart TV, and comfortable leather furniture where you can enjoy your favorite streaming services. A hallway leads to a convenient half bath and a washer/dryer area. Upstairs, you’ll find a secondary full bath with a walk-in shower, while the loft game room/bunk area offers entertainment for all ages with a pool table, and ping pong table. The bunk bed features a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, perfect for additional guests. Retreat to the main bedroom, adorned with plush bedding and darkening shades for a restful night’s sleep. French doors lead out to the back patio, where you can soak in the serene views of the pines. The large bathroom boasts backlit dual vanities, a luxurious soaking tub, and a dual head shower for ultimate relaxation. Outside, guests can enjoy a gas grill for outdoor cooking, a soothing hot tub, a firepit for roasting marshmallows and storytelling, and large beam swings for leisurely afternoons in the fresh air. With access to all your favorite streaming apps on TVs located throughout the cabin, including the living area, main bedroom, bunk room, and back deck, Timber Creek Chalet ensures you have everything you need for a truly luxurious and memorable stay in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. There is space to park at the top of the property and walk down if a guest prefers to do so. We do not provide refunds if a guest is uncomfortable with the slope of the driveway. GUEST ADDED SERVICES:  E A R L Y / L A T E: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your Property Manager host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.  F I R E W O O D : You can opt for bundles of firewood to be delivered to your cabin for your stay. 6-8 pieces (depending on size) for $20. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.  F i r e p l a c e s : Fireplaces are free to be enjoyed seasonally October 1st through April 30th. You are welcome to use the outdoor wood burning fire pit year round! No cooking or roasting marshmallows in any fireplaces, but please roast away on those wood burning fire pits! Tampering or turning on fireplaces outside of the seasonal window will result in fines. WIFI AVAILABILITY: Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary convenience for our guest; however, it is not considered an essential part of the rental. Refunds will not be issued for Wi-Fi-related issues including connectivity, speed, local outages, or accessibility.
