Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on public safety, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may ask tourists for the image of their identity card and/or selfie.
- 2. Check-in schedule:
- From 01/01 to 31/12: Everyday from 15:00h to 18:00h
- 3. Check-out schedule: 11:00.
- 4. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people.
- COEXISTENCE RULES
- Cana Rock Star is a family oriented and exclusive project. Our main interest is to safeguard and maintain
- the peace and values of our guests to make them feel at home. To do this, we need the cooperation of
- everyone to comply with the following provisions to guarantee order on the recreation areas within the
- project.
- 1. Please keep a proper behavior to avoid affecting other owners, tenants & guests and the tranquility
- of the Condominium
- 2. Guests cannot invite other guests, only owners can.
- 3. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. All pets walking around the Condominium must wear a chain
- or be under its owner direct control. Each owner will be responsible of collecting their waste or
- feces.
- 4. Avoid noise, loud music and acts that disturb the other owners, tenants & guests in the apartments
- and public areas. Tv’s and sound equipment inside the apartments should be at a moderate level
- specially after 10:00 PM.
- 5. All minors are under the sole responsibility of their parents or legal guardians, who must at all times
- supervise them.
- 6. Please deposit all garbage in outside containers.
- 7. It is always wise to close and lock your doors and secure your valuables. We are not responsible
- for valuables missing in condo units and/or areas.
- 8. The use of HOOKAH is not allowed in the pool, beach and/or public areas.
- 9. To use inadequate clothing (street clothes. thongs or topless) is not allowed.
- 10. Do not hang any fabrics, clothing, bathing suits or towels on balconies and windows.
- 11. It is forbidden to exhibit firearms within the project.
- 12. Do not enter elevators wet. Children shall be accompanied by an adult when using elevators.
- POOL AL BEACH AREAS
- 1. Warning: No lifeguard on duty.
- 2. Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- 3. No nudity or topless. Bathing suits are required as well as swim diapers for toddlers and babies at
- the pool.
- 4. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- 5. Food consumption and smoking is not permitted inside the pool as well as the use of pots, canteens
- and such in the pool or beach area.
- 6. In the pool and beach club, coolers are only allowed, no more than 28 QTC, in the sand area.
- 7. No bottles, glasses or breakable containers are allowed in pool area.
- 8. No diving, excessive noise, horse-play or running around the pool is allowed.
- 9. The use of music equipment or speakers is not allowed in the pool area, if used, users most have
- headphones so as not to disturb others.
- 10. The pool area is for the exclusive use of our owners and guests staying at the condominium.
- 11. No pets are allowed into the pool.
