Proximity: Located in the prestigious Shock Hill community, this home is just a 1-minute walk to the private Shock Hill Gondola, offering direct access to Peaks 7 & 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Main Street is just a 1-mile walk, putting shops, dining, and entertainment within easy reach. During ski season, walk out of the heated garage, cross the street and hop on the free gondola to find yourself on Breckenridge’s legendary slopes within minutes.
Living Room (Second Floor): The main living area centers around a modern gas fireplace with breathtaking views of the ski resort. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, while the oversized flat-screen TV with Apple TV makes it ideal for cozy movie nights.

• Second Bedroom (First Floor): King bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Third Bedroom (First Floor): Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and closet. This room shares a bathroom with the bunk room.
• Fourth Bedroom (First Floor): 4 twin beds, and flat-screen TV. This room shares a bathroom with the third bedroom.
Family Room (First Floor): The downstairs family room is a cozy space perfect for relaxing or entertaining. It features a comfortable sofa and lounge chair, a flat-screen TV for movies or gaming, a mini fridge for drinks and snacks, and a wet bar, making it ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes or enjoying time with family and friends.

Located in Breckenridge’s premier Shock Hill neighborhood, this home offers access to the town’s groomed Nordic trail system and close proximity to the gondola for effortless downhill skiing. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems, giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
