Welcome to Luminary Log Chalet! This 3-bed, 3-bath log home is the perfect mountain retreat, offering rustic elegance with modern comforts. Featuring exposed timbers, vaulted ceilings, and a wraparound deck with a private hot tub, the home provides stunning mountain views and a cozy ambiance. Perfect for families and groups, this chalet combines outdoor adventure with indoor entertainment, including a game room with air hockey, ping pong, and shuffleboard. For larger gatherings, the Timber’s Edge Estate (5-BR) & Lakeshore Lodge (6-BR) are just a 2-minute walk away in the same neighborhood.
This home is pet-friendly for a fee. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know. There is a $350 fee per pet, per stay.
Proximity: Located on Lakecrest Drive in Blue River, this home is just 2.5 miles south of downtown Breckenridge, and 3 miles from the gondola parking lot, offering direct access to Peaks 7 and 8 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Living Room: The main living area features a beautiful antler chandelier, comfy L shaped sofa, 2 lounge chairs, and a gas fireplace, making it the perfect space to relax and enjoy the panoramic views from the wraparound deck.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and scenic views. The dining area comfortably seats 8, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.

Sleeping Arrangements: 3 Bed, 3 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, flatscreen TV, dresser, nightstands, patio accessm and ensuite bath. The ensuite bathroom includes a dual vanity, walk-in glass shower, and walk-in closet.
• Second Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, nightstand, patio access, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Third Bedroom: King bed & twin-over-twin bunk, closet, dresser, nightstands, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a shower/tub combo and single vanity.
• Additional Sleeping Area: Pull-out sofa in the loft
Loft: The upper-level loft offers additional seating with a pull-out sofa, large L shaped sofa, and rockers, along with a cozy viewpoint over the main living area.
Family Room: Enjoy a friendly game of air hockey on the newly added table or enjoy a cozy movie night on the flatscreen TV with large L shape sofa. The ping pong table is located in the third garage bay.
Patio & Hot Tub: Step outside to the wraparound deck for stunning mountain views, Adirondack chairs, a grill, outdoor dining, and a private hot tub, perfect for stargazing and relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are located on the main level.
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. Extra towels are provided for the hot tub.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. Please review the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before traveling to Summit County, as heavy snowfall and variable winter conditions are common from November through May.
This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
Please note, Goose Tarn Pasture is off limits to all renters, and no renters may trespass by accessing the tarn via the lot within the neighborhood or via any other entry point to use the tarn or the surrounding private property for any purpose.
