Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen features high-end appliances and all the essentials to cook up a delicious meal. Enjoy granite countertops, ample cabinet space, and modern conveniences including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The open layout allows you to cook while staying connected with the living area.

Dining Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers a wood table with seating for 4. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony, letting in fresh air and lovely views of the Blue River while you enjoy your meals.
Sleeping Arrangements: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, wall-mounted TV, closet, and en-suite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom includes his and her sinks, walk-in shower, and additional storage.
• Second Bedroom: Full-over-full bunk bed, office workspace, and closet. This room shares a full bathroom located next to the bedroom door and includes a single vanity & shower/tub combo.
Balcony: Step through the sliding glass doors in the dining area to the wraparound balcony. Enjoy fresh mountain air while seated in one of the 3 outdoor chairs and take in the serene views of the Blue River.
Laundry: The stacked washer and dryer are located in the closet along the main hallway.

Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
