Sleeping Arrangements: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bath - • Primary Bedroom: King bed, wall-mounted TV, closet, and en-suite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom includes his and her sinks, walk-in shower, and additional storage. • Second Bedroom: Full-over-full bunk bed, office workspace, and closet. This room shares a full bathroom located next to the bedroom door and includes a single vanity & shower/tub combo. Balcony: Step through the sliding glass doors in the dining area to the wraparound balcony. Enjoy fresh mountain air while seated in one of the 3 outdoor chairs and take in the serene views of the Blue River. Laundry: The stacked washer and dryer are located in the closet along the main hallway. Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist.
