Cocobolo Chalet welcomes groups of up to ten guests year-round. Just a short walk to the BreckConnect Gondola and Main Street, and a private hot tub on the deck. Forest views all around, a fully-stocked kitchen, garage parking, gas fireplace, high-speed internet, and cable TV, Once there is enough snow coverage, you can actually ski-in. Very convenient to have lunch at home in between ski laps. The Cocobolo Chalet has everything you’ll need and more for a memorable Breckenridge experience!

There are two parking spots available at the house, one inside the garage and one in the carport. There’s plenty of room inside the garage for equipment as well.
LAUNDRY
Just inside the home from the garage, look to your left and you’ll find the laundry room with eco-friendly machines and laundry tabs.
---2nd Floor – Main Level Contains---
KITCHEN / DINING
Head up the steps from the ground level and you’ll be greeted by the kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, gas stovetop, and three-person breakfast bar. You’ll have everything you need to whip up your favorite home-cooked meals.
The dining room has an 8-person dining table adjacent from the kitchen with a built-in gas fireplace for a cozy accent off the dining room.
FAMILY ROOM:
Pass the dining room and you’ll enter the living room which features plenty of seating around a coffee table as well as a mounted flatscreen with cable. One of the living room loveseats pulls out to provide an additional twin-size sleeping space as well. You’ll have deck access from the family room if you wish to enjoy that crisp mountain air. The propane grill is also located out on this deck allowing for endless cooking options.
1st BEDROOM/1ST BATHROOM
Rounding out the main level is the first bedroom with ensuite bath, that is also shared by the common area. The bedroom features a spacious king size bed with closet space, a dresser and plenty of light for reading. The bathroom includes dual sinks and a refreshing walk-in shower with a rainfall-style shower head. The first bedroom also has private access to the upstairs deck, where the hot tub is located!
---3rd Floor – Top Level Contains---
2nd BEDROOM / 2ND BATHROOM
Head up the stairs and to your left where you’ll find the Master bedroom with large windows and a reading nook to go along with another king-size bed. The ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks and a walk-in shower as well.
3rd BEDROOM:
The 3rd bedroom has a cozy queen bed that sleeps two as well as a dresser and closet. The third bedroom shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom and has access to the back deck with hot tub.
3rd BATHROOM:
The 3rd bathroom is the last bathroom in the house and includes a shower tub combo with plenty of shelving space to be shared by the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.
4th BEDROOM:
The 4th bedroom acts as the perfect kids room, with two twin beds and a couch that pulls out with a twin mattress. With a mounted flatscreen TV and cable, this room also acts as a secondary living area and has access to the main level back deck with the hot tub.
Location: Cocobolo offers one of the most walkable locations in Breck. Just 150 yards from the BreckConnect Gondola, you can access Peak 7 and Peak 8 in minutes — no driving or shuttle needed. Main Street is a 5-minute walk away. In the summer, the Four O’Clock Trail sits just behind the neighborhood, offering direct hiking and biking access, while Carter Park and the Sawmill Creek Trail are also nearby. Despite its central location, the Woods neighborhood is tucked into a quiet stand of pines with no through traffic.
There are no cameras in the interior living spaces of the home for your privacy.
We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
