With access to a shared heated pool, hot tubs, and a private steam shower, this home is perfect for families and friends seeking both relaxation and adventure in the heart of Breckenridge.
Proximity: This condo is ideally situated just 800 feet from the base of the 4 O’Clock Ski Run on South Park Avenue, a quick 0.2-mile stroll to Main Street, and only 0.3 miles (~10-min walk) to the Snowflake Chairlift. With its central location, you’ll be steps from the very best that Breckenridge has to offer.
Living Room: The spacious living area features vaulted ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and an oversized sofa with a cozy armchair. After a day on the mountain, gather for a movie night on the flat-screen TV or relax by the roaring fire.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, electric stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, blender, crockpot, and pantry. The island doubles as a 4-person breakfast bar, perfect for casual meals.

Dining Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a formal 6-person dining table and east-facing windows with views of Mt Baldy.
Sleeping Arrangements: 2 Bed, 2 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, dresser, closet, ensuite bath with double vanity and private steam shower.
• Second Bedroom: Two Queen beds plus a Twin trundle, flat-screen TV, dresser, closet, ensuite bath with double vanity and shower/tub combo.
Laundry: An in-unit stacked washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Balcony: Step outside to a private balcony with cushioned chairs and a glass table. Enjoy views of Mount Baldy or listen to the sounds of the Blue River while relaxing with a glass of wine.
Communal Amenities:
• Two 6-person hot tubs exclusive to Park Place guests, located just outside the A building.
• Access to the Upper Village Pool complex, which includes a heated pool and two large hot tubs. (Access subject to HOA schedule and rules.)
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
