Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, this stylish mountain-meets-modern home offers a secluded local feel, just minutes from downtown and the ski resort.
In the summer and fall, time is well spent on the roomy sunny wraparound deck outfitted with shade umbrellas, lounger chairs for napping and reading, a top-of-the-line Weber gas grill and pebble centerpiece fireplace. Sink into the six-person hot tub for soothing jets offset by a trickling stream and fantastic views of Baldy Mountain.
Thoughtful amenities add to the make-yourself-at-home comforts for large groups. Entertain from a sizeable open-format kitchen with a dining table and bar seating hugging beautiful granite countertops, a gas stove, pristine appliances and loads of cupboard space for longer stays. KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
A spacious open-format kitchen with a dining table and bar seating hugging beautiful granite countertops, a gas stove, pristine appliances, and lots of cupboard and pantry space. There is a Keurig and regular drip coffee pot. Abundant windows bring in natural light in nearly every room, while a stone-tiled gas fireplace and vaulted knotty-pine ceiling in the main living space offer a warm, welcoming ambiance. There is a cozy reading nook with gorgeous views, a favorite spot for us.
DECK
The spacious main level deck surrounds the home, allowing for expansive views of the Blue River, Bald Mountain, and surrounding nature. Wildlife frequents the area, so don’t be surprised to see moose, bear, fox, and deer roaming around. Please respect the wildlife by giving them distance. During the summer, the main level deck will be set with outdoor seating and full-size table, a full-size grill, propane firepit, a heat lamp for cool summer evenings.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & BATHROOMS - 4 BEDROOMS, 4 BATHROOMS
The mountain ambiance and western décor continues into the bedrooms spread out between the top level and the lower level of the home. The master suite is on the top level with private deck access. Two other bedrooms are on the top level. The last bedroom is on the lowest level with the second family room or den nook for reading and relaxing among oversized leather sofas and armchairs.
• Primary bedroom/bathroom: King bed, private balcony, additional seating, and a full-size closet. The master suite has a private bathroom with double sinks, vaulted ceilings, and a walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dressers, and a full-size closet. This bedroom shares a full-size bathroom with the third bedroom located in the hall which has a single vanity and a walk in shower. Extra towels and linens can be found in the bathroom closet.
• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, a dresser, and a closet. This room shares a full-size bathroom with the second bedroom in the hall.
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed and en-suite private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity. Located on the lowest level of the home, where the second living room and hot tub deck access is.
