Lake Anderson is a private access lake maintained by the Lakeland Village HOA according to county and state shoreline regulation and permit requirements. Members and guests enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, and the beautiful views. Please note that from time to time, there may be maintenance or cleaning that prevents recreational use of the lake. As best as possible, we will update and keep guests informed.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
2 dog(s), weighing 50lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
