Shearwater is a lovely and very spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse located in beautiful Korora, just an easy 280m stroll to the beach.
Here at Shearwater, you can stroll just 280m to the water’s edge at Opal Cove Beach. Continue along the coast to Korora Beach, another beautiful stretch of shoreline with sparkling blue waters and surrounded by lush green bushland. It is also just a 5-minute drive to the Big Banana and Park Beach Plaza where there is ample boutique shopping and restaurants. Within the Opal Cove Resort next door, enjoy a delightful dinner or drinks at the Horizons Restaurant & Bar - please note there is no access to other resort facilities such as the pool or gym. However guests do have access to the Tennis court and Pool facilities located on Shearwater Place - head down to the end of the Caul-de-sac and you will find the facilities on the right hand side.
The open plan living space has a lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a second more casual dining table off the kitchen. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning flows throughout the whole house. Wi-Fi throughout the property to keep you connected during your stay. The well-appointed kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and full sized fridge/freezer. You can enjoy leisurely mornings over a cafe-quality coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge area has comfortable couches and a TV, and opens out to a large, covered balcony with outdoor lounge seating and a leafy outlook over the garden area. Sit back and relax with a cold drink on the deck while cooking an easy dinner on the BBQ.
